You work with your clients on a "DAILY" basis (vs. the client having to phone their agents to ask for basic follow-up concerns. 4. You ask your clients for their in-put/opinions so you know them & their home. *5.You "LISTEN"!  6.You do follow-up per a monthly STAT print-out  from all the sites you've tracked (one of your many talents) and discuss them answering your clients questions or concerns. 7. You consult regularly with your clients: per email, phone, and or in person keeping them up to date and in-the-loop! 8.You give your clients "Confidence" &  you present their homes/real estate beautifully! 9. Since this is your expertise: your virtual tours are not just the basic/boring one- its one that "keeps a buyers attention", for they have a musical presentation, the pictures have descriptions at the top, have icon options to click on to to read for "additional descriptions" at the bottom, and you present your clients with a Customized Music Box of their real estate! (Such a  specialized touch for marketing for the client, which I've never seen  before!) 10.Your regular pictures also have more interest; there are many to view vs. the norm of a few,  they are shown in different angles, and always with attention to detail, (i.e. pictures of bedrooms shown without  windows)   **Summary: This is the time when push-comes-to-shove, as they say.
